Frameless Cabinet Construction

<-A->  Door & Drawer front: 3/4″ solid wood, no MDF or Plywood veneer for door center pieces except the door is Shaker style, both door and drawer panel have a 1/8″ reveal on each side.

<-B->  Carcase ( Cabinet box ): 3/4″ plywood with veneer, finish match with front door and drawer panel ; Plywood with melamine as option is available too.

<-C->  Drawer box: 5/8″ solid pine box with 7mm plywood bottom panel, dovetail joints.

<-D->  Drawer glider: Ball-bearing full extention drawer glider ; under-mounted soft-closing drawer glider is also available but need extra charge.

<-E->  Hinge: 6-way adjustable hinge, soft-closing hinge as option is also available.

<-F->  Back panel: 1/4″ plywood with veneer plus 5/8″ strengthen frame,Screwed with side panels directly, finish inside.

<-G->  Shelf: 3/4″ plywood with veneer, 4 sides banded with veneer, finish is matching with front door and drawer panel.

<-H->  Bottom: 3/4″ plywood with veneer, finish match with front door and drawer panel.

<-I->  Connectors: Cam Lock ( 2-in-1 connectors, all cam lock are not exposed ).

<-J->  Toe-kick: 5/8″ plywood with veneer, finish is matching with front door and drawer panel.

<-K->  Shlef holder: Metal shelf holder.
